Directions

For cold therapy, place the gel pack in the freezer at least 2 hours or until desired temperature is achieved. For heat therapy, heat the pack in microwave in 10-15 seconds intervals. For other body areas, secure the ice pack in place as needed. Repeat as necessary, allowing the skin to return to normal temperature between applications.
